Getting a mortgage in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic should bring some challenges, not when we choice Mortgage line brokers. From the begin the process was straight forward and clear, uploaded all our documentation and ID verifications using their secure website and then met with Stephen over zoom calls to discuss in more detail our requirements and wishes. He was extremely knowledgeable in what the different banks were looking for and what we could achieve. In couple days he came back to us with detailed plan and what bank suited our needs best. Stephen and the team where quick to response to our queries and helped push along the bank when needed. From start to finish was about 15 weeks. From applying for the mortgage to getting the keys and moving in. I would recommend Mortgage Line to anyone, as they made the process of applying for mortgage very straight forward and clear without the need to be running around to the different banks and gathering the mountains of paper work required. Thanks again Stephen and Team. Now the hard work begins getting the house ready to move into. Update 2024 I used MortgageLine again for mortgage renewal and they found me another good offer and there process of information collection and deep industry knowledge, i was able move lenders seemlessly. I have recommended MortgageLine to many friends and family and will continue do so.

Many thanks to Michael our Broker and all the team for their help in navigating and guiding us on our journey. Its been a long road as we had been house hunting for a number of years.
