Our fee structure reflects the amount of time and effort it takes on our part to provide you with a first class mortgage service.
For Life Insurance, Pensions and Investment Business we are normally paid by way of commission, however you can opt alternatively to pay by way of a fee. Our hourly rate is €150 and all fees will be agreed in advance.
Your first meeting with us is at our expense and so free to you.
Then if you decide to proceed with a mortgage application then we will charge you a Mortgage Application Fee of €195.
